Best kept secret in Bastrop! Stumbled into this wonderful place one day - she really needs a better sign! She makes REAL Pop tarts!!! This isn't just a bakery either- there's an entire lunch menu! Love love love this local place!

Such an awesome bakery with even better customer service! I placed an order for 40 DOZEN cake pops the week before Valentine's Day- in need of them within 5 days, and Jennifer (the owner) made it happen. When I picked up my order- Jennifer made sure that everything was correct and helped me to my car. The cake pops looked absolutely adorable, and tasted even better! I would highly recommend this small town business to anyone in the market for a sweet treat!
I went into Johnson's Bakery to see about ordering a cake for my daughter's 3rd birthday. The owner was so friendly and sooo helpful. She asked what I was looking for and then shared a bunch of ideas for me to choose from. The cake was super delicious and turned out exactly like we wanted!
