I love this place not sure why someone gave it one star??? Amanda is amazing and she knows how to dress you!I was lucky enough to be invited to a styling event at the store and bought every last piece of clothing that has been specifically chosen for my wardrobe room! Easiest and best shopping trip ever! If only the mall was this easy! They carry cute clothes for all sizes. So glad that Bastrop got a Maurice's store. Saves me lots of trips to Austin! The store is quaint and the staff is always super helpful and attentive!

Love this place and the staff is always very helpful and really nice. The clothes are so cute and comfy. I have actually have to limit my visits as I also spend way more than I should here.
Very, very bad customer service! I walked in and the employee looked at me several times without saying a word. As I shopped, we kept making eye contact and she didn't peep a word. Finally, right before I walked out, I said "hello how are you?" She simply replied by saying "I'm good." I won't be back.
I have had nothing but problems. The first time I tried to return an item, the sales lady wanted to give me store credit because I didn't have my Maurice's credit card (which can be looked up). The second time, the manager refused to give me an even exchange for boots that I'd just purchased because I didn't have coupons. She was going to refund me $32 for the first pair and charge me $49 for the exact same pair... Thankfully I had the coupons except my rewards $5, so I was forced to pay $5. I called customer service and complained. They refunded the difference. Her arrogant stupidity has almost ruined Maurice's for me. I definitely won't return to the Bastrop store.
