To Andrew who is upset about the flower shop not wanting to deliver anonymously. As a woman who has been stalked before... I can only applaud the flower shop. A genuine gift should be given in a genuine manner, not hidden. Even if you have an estranged relationship and were afraid the flowers would be rejected by the giftee ( I can see no other reason for an anonymous flower delivery if it is a pure and good thing) you should put your name on them. There is a lot of evil in this world. A flower shop comes into contact with such things more often than the average person.
Arrangements are beautiful, the delivery was right on time and my wife loved them for her birthday. Our anniversary is coming up soon and I will definitely be a returning customer!
As stated in a previous comment the customer service is lacking. I called and setup an arrangement for Mother's Day. I live in Virginia and wanted to go through a local florist rather than a site like Proflowers. I called the morning of to check on the arrangement and spoke to a woman who was very rude. She told me she would look into it and then hung up. This will be the last time I do business here.
3 Stars. Nice place, however online ordering is not a pleasant experience. I tried to order two flower assortments, to one address on the same day and they wanted to charge me TWO delivery fees. Hence the 3 stars... and that's being generous for me.
The person I spoke to over the phone was very rude. Customer service is important , otherwise you get bad reviews.
