While the care was great the after care wasn't. I had to go back to get additional information from the doctor. I also gave them my insurance information. I called to confirm they had the information and had sent the bill to the insurance company. The billing number was closed for the day so I called the medical center to confirm it was on file. I spoke with someone who said they were a nurse and needed to put me on hold. They spoke to me for no longer than 1 minute. Below is a photo of my phone call to them you can confirm the number is the medical centers. I'm still waiting for someone to confirm a simple piece of information.

I went in with so much pain. The nurse that checked me in reassured me that I was in the right place. I was there for 3-4 hours and they literally did nothing. They ran no tests, didn't even take my blood or check on my baby since I'm pregnant. I felt worse when I left than when I got there! What a complete waste of $75 copay! I felt very discouraged and that I was not having an emergency. I called my gastro and they told me to go to ER! Nurses and doctors were rude and very unhelpful! Next time I will drive to Austin and am now considering changing delivery hospitals!

A horrible experience in total. I came in with severe tooth pain that had been relentless for a few days, and upon waiting for 10 minutes to see the initial nurse everything went south (unsure what took so long, i was the only one there.) . I explained i had been taking more than enough ibuprofen for the issue and also rotating out medicines to try to stop the excruciating pain i was having, and i guess they have a policy where they do not listen to pt's. they tried telling me to take more ibuprofen (they had given me there) and i told them i have taken way too much as it is, i do not have any desire for a narcotic but i need something for pain. I went back and forth with nurses and doctors and tried to explain that i dont care if people are abusing the medications i am in severe pain and needed something to help. They said the antibiotics will help but i know the pain will not subside for a few days after the fact. Another thing to add is that my mother had a similar issue, and is a recovering drug addict with a clear medical record that can confirm this, and was offered Vicodin , one of the actual medications she was addicted to (she refused the medication and was given Tramadol) . Im just unsure of what policies are being followed seeing as you can try to give a recovering drug addict their vice, but not give any sort of pain medication to a person in severe pain . I am studying radiology and know exactly how i should have been treated in that hospital, and it was far from expectations. I was talking to the nurse and at one point she stopped listening and took a phone call, the doctors seemed rushed ( i dont feel it was that busy though??? ), and overlooked the things i had said, and i overall felt like i was not a patient but a number on a list. Very lacking in soft skills, and would recommend that measures be taken to re teach certain staff members on how to treat a patient in pain. I know how i should be treated as i have studied patient care at my college, and to sum it up i was far from impressed. I dont care if im bleeding to death, my next hospital visit will most certainly not be here.

while the care was good, my general care requested the information a week ago and they have still no received the information. in the meantime my 15 yr old is miserable. the lady TY I spoke with was not compassionate or kind, more rude. Don't recommend using thisfacility if you need anything fast.

First time there no problem everyone was so helpful the nurse inside the emergency great David and Daniel,Barbara and especially my PR Dr. Luis Reyes every step there did was explain to me. Also very clean

I used to work for St Davids, sadly this facility does not live up the awesome care and courtesy that is normal at other facilities in the St Davids family.
