Same owner runs Images Alterations in Bastrop. We brought our shirt for cleaning 3 times and 3 times the stains were still there and we had to ask them to remove them.
At the Images Alterations they ruin my husband lined shirts. One of the most unethical and unprofessional business I have dealt with and $$$$. My husband went to get his linen shirts shorted couple of inches. Not only the seam was poorly sewn but when he tried it on one of the shirt bottom was very unevebshort too short on the back and front and long on the sides. We have to throw away the shirt. When we brought this to the attention of the magager she told me they are not responsible as the only do what the are told. We were shocked. We agreed to see the owner and after driving into town to meet her, we were told she wasn't there and we had to deal with Martha Salazar the manager of Comet Cleaners in Bastrop. She was not only very rude, but she would not take any responsibility for the damage.

They lost my wife's skirt back in January. I gave them my information to contact me if they found it and they never contacted me. She needed it for my dads funeral (we are from Houston) so we were stressed when we saw her skirt was not there the morning of the funeral. We should have double checked when we picked up the dry cleaning. Poor service!
Just got done picking up my clothes from comet cleaners thanks for a crappie job on my clothes. I walked out with more lent on my black clothes than when I walked in your establishment sucks. As well as your staff.
