Very helpful and friendly. The manager guided me to using a similar litter for my cat that was cheaper but is the same product. My cat doesn't notice a difference. The manager also comes out to get the carts for you. Very polite I will visit anytime I'm in the area. Thank you.

I called ahead to check there stock availability on marrow bones for my dogs. There were very helpful. Had what I need and then some. I call back hours later. Asked about order more on a regular bases. And they got me a special order placed. They were very helpful with my other need within different food options. I work at a vet clinic in Austin and usually get prescription diets for my dogs there, but with option. I was given advice on other food to try for my pets needs. Other all a wonderful experience.
