Chicken Express is a popular lunch location for the locals. Their chicken breading is very tasty and Light unlike the competition which serves greasy heavy breading. Their coleslaw was good, the mac and cheese left a lot to be desired, but the star is the chicken and is worth going back for.
I got a 4 piece chicken strip basket with a biscuit and mashed potatoes. It was delicious. Also love the crushed eatable ice here by the fountain drinks. Awesome service, food was ready immediately. Employees are awesome and efficient as well.

I stop everyday to get a bag of soft chewy ice. 1.40 per bag. 90% if the time Chicken is perfect. The rolls are the best ever!!!
This was the first time I have been inside after eating their food for 5 years. It was about 7pm and it was pleasant and my food was delicious. Fried Ochra is always better when you can eat it straight out the grease!
