My organization needed a customized cargo van to carry out our mission. We attempted to get quotes from various dealerships. Hands down Benny Boyd was the most responsive and also willing to work with our particular needs, not to mention they had the lowest price! Mark Nix kept us informed throughout the whole process letting us know what part of the build process our vehicle was in. When we took delivery Mark made sure to go over all the special features of our new vehicle and Tim Juarez made the purchasing process extremely smooth. We can't wait to raise more money so we can come back and purchase another vehicle. Benny Boyd know how to treat people right!
This is not the main dealership...nothing like the pictures. I emailed the sales person and was told how meticulous the previous car owner was...blah blah. They even sent us pictures of what they wanted us to see. When we got there...they didn't disclose some body/paint issues that i specifically asked about...far from meticulous I would not recommend this auto sales. We wasted a bunch of time from their misleading sales approach.
I am still young and have only purchased a few vehicles, but this was by far the best experience I have ever had buying one. I would highly recommend this dealership and plan on returning in the future!
At Benny Boyd Bastrop, they advertise their "goal is to make your car buying experience the best possible." I think they have hit their mark! Bob Straight helped me out with finding exactly the type of truck I wanted within in my price range. No nonsense and the truck was as advertised (condition and pricing). Also Bonnie really helped work with me to get the financing to work out =)

Fantastic experience!! I went to a couple of other dealerships prior to my visit at Benny Boyd - they were either not interested in answering my questions or not capable, Matt and Jeremy spent several hours helping me wade through all the Jeep Unlimited packages and options, and then located the perfect one for me. They were able to answer questions I didn't know I had....

My husband sent an email request from one of the used car search websites and Mr. Juarez responded the next day. He didn't have a lot of info on the truck but he took the time to go find it on the lot and take pictures for my husband. We visited that day and Mr.Juarez showed us the truck. Then we sat down and completed the loan application. He then introduced us to Mr. Doss who has got to be the best finance guy ever. He talked to all the bankers and found us the best deal possible. They even reduced the asking price so we could get the loan. We had to put more cash down but it was so worth it. We are very happy with our truck and the service we received at this dealer. We were done and leaving with our truck in less like 3 hours. Please see Benny Boyd before you anywhere else.
