I all can say is WOW! Chance and the covert team smash their competitors prices. Plus this was the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made. We purchased 2 trucks at the same time. Both trucks were delivered on time as promised. You guys have earned all of my future business and anyone I know looking to buy new or used.

No signage for the service department, busy office, no one acknowledged my being there for a few minutes but was very pleased with my service advisor Kara Poole.

HATE TO DO THIS BECAUSE RICK THE SALESMAN DID A FANTASTIC JOB GETTING ME INTO THE TRUCK I PURCHASED A LITTLE LESS THAN A YEAR AGO I BOUGHT THE TRUCK BRAND NEW WITH 9 MILES ON IT MY FATHER BOUGHT A NEW TRUCK AND MY STEP FATHER HAS BOUGHT HIS LAST 2 OR 3 TRUCKS FROM YOU GUYS AS WELL SO I DID THE SAME UNDER THEIR RECOMMENDATION SERVICE WAS GREAT UNTIL THE DAY I SIGNED THE CONTRACT I HAD TO TAKE MY TRUCK TO CHUCK NASH IN SAN MARCOS FOR SOME WARRANTY WORK AND A AN OIL CHANGE AND THEY WHERE ONLY ABLE TO FIX ONE OF THE ITEMS ON MY LAUNDRY LIST OF THINGS GOING ON I UNDERSTAND WITH NEW TRUCKS THERE ARE KINKS THAT NEED TO BE WORKED OUT SO NO BIG DEAL THE ISSUES PERSISTED SO I CONTACTED RICK MY SALESMAN AT COVERT BASTROP TX HE INSISTED THAT I GIVE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT A SHOT BECAUSE THEY ARE SUPPOSEDLY LEAPS AND BOUNDS BETTER THAN NASH AND HE GAVE ME JIM THE SERVICE MANGERS NUMBER I CALLED HIM THE FOLLOWING MONDAY AND HE TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD COME GET THE TRUCK AND DROP ME OFF A LOANER IN THE MEANTIME WHEN MY TRUCK GOT PICKED UP I CALLED MY SERVICE WRITER KARA AND GAVE HER ALL THE DETAILS AND SHE SEEMED VERY INVOLVED AT FIRST AND I WAS EXCITED TO FINALLY GET EVERYTHING SQUARED AWAY ON MY TRUCK WELL THEY WILL HAVE HAD MY TRUCK 3 WEEKS THIS THURSDAY AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ONE UPDATE ON THE TRUCK I CALLED LAST THURSDAY GOT A HOLD OF JIM THE SERVICE MANAGER HE TOLD ME ID BE GETTING A CALL BACK LAST WEEK AND NOTHING SO THAT BRINGS ME TO TODAY MONDAY AND I CALL GET A HOLD OF KARA AND I EXPLAIN TO HER HOW DISAPPOINTED I AM IN THE LACK COMMUNICATION THEY'VE HAD WITH ME AND ME BEING A SERVICE ADVISER MYSELF FOR AN 18 WHEELER DEALERSHIP HOW HER BEING ON VACATION WASN'T AN EXCUSE FOR NOT HAVING CONTACT FOR ALMOST 3 WEEKS SHE THEN GOT UPSET WITH ME FOR TELLING HER HOW TO DO HER JOB I REQUESTED TO SPEAK WITH JIM AND I WAS HUNG UP ON I THEN CALLED BACK AND THE YOUNG LADY INFORMED ME THAT JIM AND KARA WHERE IN A MEETING AND I ASKED IF IT WAS ABOUT ME AND SHE CONFIRMED THAT IT WAS I THEN TOLD HER I WOULD HOLD UNTIL JIM WAS AVAILABLE I HELD AND HE TOOK MY CALL HE STILL DIDN'T HAVE ANY INFO BESIDES WHAT I HAD GOTTEN THE THURSDAY BEFORE HE ACTED LIKE WHAT WAS GOING ON WAS OK I THEN EXPLAINED TO HIM MY SITUATION WITH KARA AND HOW SHE HAD HUNG UP ON ME HE MADE THE EXCUSE OF THAT BECAUSE OF THE AMOUNT OF VEHICLES SHE WRITES UP THAT ITS OK AND THAT I'M EXPECTING TO MUCH I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THE AMOUNT OF TRUCKS SHE WRITES UP MAKES IT OK TO HANG UP ON A CUSTOMER IF I DID THAT TO A CUSTOMER ID BE LOOKING FOR ANOTHER JOB PLEASE SOMEONE WHO IS IN CHARGE UP THERE GIVE ME A CALL OR EVEN SHOOT ME AN EMAIL TO CLARIFY IF THIS IS HOW YOU GUYS DO BUSINESS OR WHAT MY STEP DAD HAS BEEN BUYING CHEVY SINCE THE EARLY 70'S AND HE FINALLY TALKED ME INTO SWITCHING TO GM FROM CHRYSLER AND I HAVE BEEN REALLY LET DOWN THIS WAS GOING TO BE THE FIRST OF MANY GM PRODUCTS IN MY LIFETIME BUT AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE I'M NOT TO SURE ANYMORE
