I am very disappointed in this store, I have been a very loyal customer, I have bought my appliances, game systems for my boys, tv's, phones etc but today all I wanted was to upgrade my phone, i waited in line for about 2 hours and the employee had a customer she was helping she said it'd be about 30 min, well 1 1/2 later I'm still there, the only reason I waited was because I was dropped off and didn't have a car to leave, well my ride finally showed up and I left. As I was leaving I ran into the manager and he asked if everything was good and I said no that I was VERY disappointed because I had been there 2 hours and she was still with the same customer who knows how long she had been with them before i got there and he wanted to help me, I just wish he would asked me earlier if I needed help. He said he did see me earlier. Well sorry best buy i will never go back. Its not like you all had customers because i was the only one in line. You all need to get more employees to help out.
Price as good as Amazon but real live people to help. Best Buy Rocks !!!

I had made a big purchase from bestbuy and later on found out the manufacture had a different deal going on to receive a free product. Another bestbuy store manger told me they could not match it but Kurt and Paul from the Bastrop store went above and beyond to match the bundle price. From now on when making big purchases I will only buy from the bastrop store.
