Brandon Ballard, Mgr., is a total 100% asset to this store! I was there a few months ago after losing my phone, and acquiring a new one without any help from 3 reps. Brandon wasn't there then! I went back this morning with several complaints regarding my IPhone which was replaced several months ago! Brandon is a total JEWEL! He fixed all my user names and passwords in less than 10 minutes and I couldn't be more happier ❤️

Customer service is absolutely horibble. They try the same solution over and over and ignore the real problem. If your looking for little to no cellular service with your unlimited data it's a good store, but if you expect even decent cellular service, then don't waste your time.
Not good not bad but can get hectic. Service area seems better than my former phone thru Metro PCS.
They were not able to fix my problems. They did give me the phones numbers of those who could. I am not mad at the store, just mad Sprint.
