Lots of games to choose from. Just a little crowded as far as decor and product stands. Don't go if you see a lot of cars and are claustrophobic

For a GameStop, I can't complain too much. The store doesn't appear to be kept up very well though. The staff are friendly and helpful and they have a ton of gaming related stuff to browse and buy.
This isn't a knock on the store itself but the company as a whole. The deals used to be alot better. Signing up for the rewards used to apply the discount on the purchase that day, now its on the next purchase. Used consoles only $20 cheaper than new, its not even worth it. More and more games are being traded without cases and it just makes their inventory ugly. And the upselling, it feels almosr desperate. The store is overfilled and feels very crowded and most of it is endcaps filled with impulse junk. Its not a good shopping experience.
I feel like the fairest review I could do for this GameStop would be to take a star from someone else's review. I'm a Pro-rewards member, I'm subscribed to Game Informer, and I have a ton of points with GameStop so believe me when I say this review is not one born of malice, but every time I go into this GameStop I have a bad experience. Usually it's just rude customer service which I generally ignore because I work retail and I know that no one is 100% all the time, but I'd like to make a special note on the combativeness and talking down to I get at this particular GameStop. It's like it's a chore to speak to me and that if they use words that are too big they might confuse me. I simply asked about price matching and the manager was prepared to shut me down when a simple yes or no would've sufficed. Or the time when I went in there and asked about a game (the Witness) that I didn't know was PC only because I had seen previews for it IN GAME INFORMER and thought maybe it would be sold in their store and I got a taking down to. But the straw that broke the camel's back was when they had a copy of Animal Crossing New Leaf on their shelf listed as pre-owned and said Elite Pro Rewards members could get it for 15.18 and instead they told me that the one they actually had was new and I couldn't get the cheaper price on it.
As always, GameStop is the layman's place to buy video games. This location is no exception. It has the usual problems as every GameStop. Their employees push used games and the Power-Up Rewards card just like they do everywhere else (because they are told they have to I might add), but in general they are very knowledgeable about games and very friendly, so it is always fun to go in and talk to them while shopping for a game.
TLDR: I hate this GameStop and I'd give it a
