I am vety pleased with my care. Dr. Chevez and Frances have given excellent back office care. There are some ladies (not all) that work the front desk that could use some lessons on customer care. I realize this office is very busy, but being rude is not acceptable when dealing with sick patients. Messages left, be it with the front desk or by answering machine, are never knowledged nor sponded to. There is a communication problem in this area. You must keep calling to follow up on you calls. That being said I would recommend this medical office to anyone, because the medical care has been excellent with the exception of two these areas.
Just wanted to say thanks to Family Health Center of Bastrop for their caring approach to my family. Between 3 generations we have 9 family members who are patients. Dr Chavez and Olivia along with the entire staff are not only highly skilled but exude warmth! So glad we have found a great Dr locally. A very busy office but that comes with growth!
This place deserves no stars! They NEVER answer the phone and are EXTREMELY rude when and if they do! Going elsewhere! The communication here is beyond horrible.
This medical practice has treated everyone from wife to my daughter to my grandchildren as well as myself. We are all very happy with the service and level of care received. It is probably no coincidence that this clinic is one of the most respected practices in Bastrop County and has been for years and years.
New to the area so I came here for my General Practice Dr appointments. Really disappointed with everything...waited an hour past my appt time even though I showed up early, terrible customer service, and they don’t return calls for RX refills. The nurse staff also seemed to have very little knowledge of medical conditions which did not instill a lot of confidence. I’ll be finding another practice soon.
